Dashboard schema

This page is still being written.

It will list every field a dashboard file may contain: the dashboard’s name and cluster, each panel’s title, kind, unit, compare and query, and what each panel kind expects its query to return. The schema is defined by the open-source dashboard compiler, which is the source of truth until this page catches up with it.

Until then, the Quickstart shows the shape of a file, and PromQL patterns shows queries that fit each panel kind.
